2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

2.1. Service Not Delivered

• If the website development service has not commenced within the agreed-upon timeframe due to delays solely caused by Digital Marketing Partner, you are eligible for a full refund.

2.2. Project Cancellation by Client

• If the client wishes to cancel the project after commencement, the following refund schedule applies:
  • Within 7 days of project commencement: 70% refund of the total project cost.
  • Within 15 days of project commencement: 50% refund of the total project cost.
  • After 15 days of project commencement: No refund.

2.3. Non-Delivery of Agreed-upon Services

• If Digital Marketing Partner fails to deliver the services as per the project agreement and scope of work, a partial refund may be considered based on the proportion of work completed.

3.2. Review of Refund Request

3.3. Resolve refund requests, and initiate

• We aim to resolve refund requests within 15 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable:

• Consultation fees
• Custom design and development services where significant work has already been completed
• Third-party services or products purchased on behalf of the client
